You are not alone
Think about the wind; when the wind blows, we can’t see it, but we know who sent it. The same is true with God and the shield of protection he provides us. We can’t always see what God is doing, but we need to remember that his protection and presence are real. He is our shield and protector. Wherever we go, he goes. Not only does he walk along side of us, but he has gone before us and prepared the way. This is great to remember when you’re feeling inadequate, fearful and afraid.
You are not alone.
Whatever trial you are facing right now, God already has it worked out. Whatever you are fearing right now, God already has it worked out. When you live in fear, and when you allow fear to hinder the call God has placed on your life it disrupts His plan. There is someone or something on the other side of your obedience. God has created us to be a witness for Him in this world, and you cannot be a good witness if you are rooted in fear, instead of being rooted in faith and truth. This is why daily quiet time with Jesus is important. The more time you spend in prayer, reading your bible and worshipping Him, the stronger your relationship with Him becomes and the chains of fear, inadequacy, and bondage begin to break.
How are you supposed to be a witness for God in this world if you don’t know Him.
“But you, Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, and the one who lifts up my head.” Psalm 3:3
